Welcome to your bliss...
and the beginning of your Vibrational Sound Therapy Journey in St. Mary's Georgia. Vibrational Sound Therapy is a profoundly relaxing and meditative sound modality. Tibetan Singing Bowls of various sizes are strategically placed on different parts of the body while you are fully clothed. As the bowls are struck, the vibration gently but powerfully moves throughout your body. This supports deep relaxation, rest, feelings of warmth and groundedness.

Her formal training and certifications include being a Naiad Priestess Initiate of The Goddess Temple of Orange County, Ordained Minister, Usui Reiki Master Teacher, and Death Doula/End of Life Caregiver. In this life time, her interests and hobbies include oracle reading, eating anything pumpkin flavored (even in the summer!), and using her dreams as a compass for her life. Her vision is to provide a respite for the mind, body, and soul through sound.
Formal Education/Career
Christina received her PsyD in Clinical Forensic Psychology from Alliant International University in 2014 and a Certificate in School Leadership and Management from Harvard Business School and Harvard Graduate School of Education Online. Her clinical and professional roles include being a Founding Director at a local charter school, Adjunct Professor at Our Lady of the Lake University, and an instructor for the military. She has over a decade of experience providing trauma-focused interventions and grief support, and she is certified in Mental Health First Aid for children, adults and military persons. As a practitioner, her mission is to bring awareness of the healing power of sound through education and community building.
“My session with Christina was surprisingly unlike anything I had ever experienced. I thought that it was going to be similar to experiencing a Soundbath with crystal bowls. It was nothing of the sort. Extremely nourishing from the inside out and calming to my nervous system. It felt like the sound waves were not only traveling deep through my physical body, but also deep into my subconscious, soothing old traumas. I will be back.”

In service to others...
“The first time I received her Sound Therapy, Christina was such a blessing in my day. I had no specific problem that I needed help with, just an alignment in my body. You can really feel the vibrations flowing through your body, and it helps to let go of the tensions that hold the energy instead of allowing it to move. It also overrides the way your body is holding onto attitudes and postures so that it can remember what it is like to just be in peace. Christina herself has a soothing and understanding and helpful centeredness that really helps create the ease that promotes healing. She is always a joy to experience and I intend to see her as often as possible”
